A strong first half performance away to a resolute and physical Potters Bar side produced some excellent all round play. A solid defensive display particularly from MOM George Davey who resisted continuous early pressure to develop and put in his best performance of the season, closely followed by Alex Cook. Despite a number of missed chances 2 goals from Tom Ciarla and a good strike from Roy Devlia, from an acute angel, gave the Hares a comfortable half time lead of 3-0.

In the second half Tom Ciarla again scored to secure his well earned hat trick. After that the team lost its shape and seemed to relax too much allowing Potters Bar back into the game and score, however the Hares just managed to hold on to the end to secure a 4-3 victory and the three points that took them up to second in the league.

Currently this far into the season the Hares are scoring on average 3.5 goals a match and Tom Ciarla is the top striker with 16 goals.
